your tennis shoes and racquets. Come join the fun at
Sweetwater Tennis Center as we learn tips to improve

For the beginner to learn the basics or for the pro
to enhance their competition skills, there's a class
for everyone. All classes held at Central Aquatics Center

Beginners
Swim Classes
This
class is designed for students who have little or no
swimming experience or who have a fear of the water.
Basic water safety skills, placing face in the water,
propulsion skills with support and floating are taught
at this level.

Swim Classes
This
class is designed for students that have the ability
to swim 50 yards consisting of backstroke and front
crawl with rhythmic breathing to the side. Students
must be comfortable swimming in deep water without assistance.
Skills taught at this level include improving front
crawl and backstroke, elementary backstroke, treading
water, and safety skills.

Swim Classes
This
class is designed for students that have the ability
to swim 100 yards without stopping (2 laps) including
front crawl with rhythmic breathing, back crawl and
elementary back stroke, breaststroke, sidestroke and
introduce the butterfly. This class will enhance skills
for competition swim and help improve stamina.
