educational course designed to prepare the participant
to receive a hunting license. Sessions are two nights.
Open to all ages. Free of charge.

Kid's Boot Camp Age: 7Y - 13Y
Join
us for the newest trend in exercise. Must come into
the recreation center to register. Forty-five minutes
of non-stop action for boys and girls. We play games,
run relays, use balls of all shapes and sizes and stretch
our way to strong and healthy bodies.

In The Park - Adult Boot Camp Age: Adult
Must
come into the recreation center to register. Fit in
the Park is a monthly adult fitness program to rev up
your metabolism and shift your body into fat burning
gear. Bored with your aerobics class or workout? You
will learn strength training routines that will tighten
and tone your abs, hips and thighs. We'll give you the
support and accountability you need to get in the best

Li Fut is an authentic Shaolin Kung Fu system that thrives
in today's varied world of use and personal needs. From
practical self-defense to classically derived but modernized
physical fitness, to early development of discipline
in children, Choy Li Fut covers all areas of martial
arts with top notch trainers and teachers from the Ying
Hung Gwoon. Appropriate ages are 6 and up, but individual
determination will be made for children under 6.

Bujinkan
Dojo Age: 6Y and up
The
Bujinkan Dojo teaches Buda Taijutsu as instructed by
Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi. It is a non-watered down, complete
martial art that is comprised of kicks, punches, strikes,
blocks, throws, locks, tumbling and ancient Japanese
weaponry. We do not train for tournaments or competitions.
The classes are instructed by Sensei Rusty Furman, 4th
Degree Black Belt and Sensei Jon McFarland, 4th Degree
Black Belt. For more information, contact Sensei Furman
